Sultan Qaboos University represented by the College of Education, organized honoring ceremony for Turkish students as part of the student exchange program in the Department of Islamic Sciences. The ceremony was attended by Dr. Sulaiman bin Mohammed Al Balushi, Dean of the College of Education and a number of faculty members. In his speech, Dr. Al-Balushi emphasized the University’s interest in the student exchange program, as it opens the door for students from the university and other universities to learn about their cultures and community, as well as their teaching mechanisms and their courses.

Dr. Mabrouk Mansouri, Head of the Department of Islamic Sciences, mentioned that the program of exchange students in collaboration with regional and international universities helps the students to exchange experiences, enable them to live in different academic environments and provide them with skills to adapt to the different academic and social conditions

The Turkish students delivered a presentation about their scientific trip to the Sultanate and the university. At the end of the ceremony, Dr. Sulaiman bin Mohammed Al Balushi, Dean of the College of Education, honored the Turkish students.
