SQU Concludes Participation in QS Asia-Pacific Summit
Sultan Qaboos University concluded its participation in the QS Asia-Pacific Summit. The University’s delegation included Dr. Tariq Mohiuddin, Head of the Strategic Project on International University Ranking, and Khalil bin Ibrahim Al-Hashami, Acting Head of Institutional Development Section, International Cooperation Office.
During the summit, participants were introduced to the latest developments in ranking methodologies and criteria. The event brought together a distinguished group of higher education leaders, ranking and international relations experts from across the region to discuss emerging trends, international collaboration strategies, and institutional excellence in higher education.
The SQU delegation had the opportunity to showcase the University’s academic programmes and highlight prospects for future collaboration and partnerships with participating higher education institutions. Discussions included potential student exchange programmes and joint initiatives aimed at promoting academic mobility and research cooperation.
