Scenario Planning Training Course Held Last Week
The Planning and Statistics Department recently organised a training course titled "Scenario Planning" for members of the Third Implementation Plan projects and the Supervisory Committee for Strategic and Implementation Plans. The programme aimed to familiarise participants with the methods of scenario planning, focusing on the essential steps involved in developing scenarios.
Participants also engaged in the practical application of scenario planning by analysing possible future scenarios and devising flexible strategies to address potential challenges and opportunities.
The training provided a comprehensive understanding of the scenario planning process. It equipped participants with the skills needed to use this method to evaluate future possibilities, identify challenges and opportunities, and develop effective, adaptable strategies to navigate different scenarios.
