Yazdan Choubsaz, a senior lecturer in English at the Center for Preparatory Studies, Sultan Qaboos University, won first place in the Muscat Badminton Club Championship 2023, Open Men's Doubles category, with his Indian partner, Alan Anil.
The tournament witnessed participation from inside and outside the Sultanate of Oman, including Bahrain, UAE, Pakistan, Indonesia, Iran, India and other countries. The number of participants amounted to 169 in this tournament, which included several categories, including singles and doubles, at several levels, from the top-rank to regular levels.
