HR Hosts Workshop on Attendance System
To enhance awareness of administrative systems and improve the institutional work environment, the Human Resources Department organised an introductory workshop on the Attendance System. The event was held in Lecture Hall (1) and drew notable participation, with more than 300 attendees representing academic, administrative and technical staff.
The workshop aimed to provide a comprehensive explanation of the system and how it operates, while also clarifying the main regulations and procedures associated with its implementation. This initiative sought to strengthen staff members’ understanding of the system’s provisions and support its effective application within the workplace.
During the session, representatives from the Human Resources Department presented key statistics related to the Attendance System. They also outlined the regulations governing the system and the procedures followed in its implementation.
The workshop witnessed considerable engagement from participants. At the conclusion of the session, the floor was opened for questions and enquiries, which were addressed in detail to help clarify the various aspects related to the system.
