On Sunday, 24 March 2019, H.E. Dr. Ali bin Saud Al Bimani, the Vice Chancellor of Sultan Qaboos University, received in his office, Ms. Claire Urie, Head of the Government & International Relations at Brains Innovation Summits Ltd, the organizers of Brains Innovation Summits. Working as AfricanBrains & ArabBrains, Brains Innovation Summits is dedicated to promoting and generating investment into education, ICTs, science and research in Africa and the Middle East.

Ms. Claire Urie’s visit to SQU was to officially invite the participation of SQU in the MENA Innovation 2019 that will take place in Muscat in September this year under the official patronage of the Oman’s Minister of Higher Education.
