SQU, Military Technological College Sign Cooperation Program

On 12 March 2019, Sultan Qaboos University and Military Technological College signed a cooperation program in order to develop and maintain cooperation between the two institutions in areas of mutual interest. The cooperation program includes establishing partnership in teaching, training, research, exchange of staff and students and organization of other joint activities.

Based on the cooperation program, the two institutions will engage in joint research activities, sharing of information, exchange of academics and students, and mutual participation in activities organized by both institutions. SQU and Military Technological College will jointly organize seminars, conferences, lectures, training workshops and conferences in areas of mutual interest for the benefit of staff and students and the community at large. As per the provisions of the cooperation program, the two institutions will organize joint programs in engineering and related sectors, share their facilities and infrastructure and organize field trips for the academic and student communities.

The cooperation program was signed at a ceremony held in Military Technological College by H.E. Dr. Ali bin Saud Al Bimani, the Vice Chancellor of SQU, and Major General Matar bin Ali Al Obaidani, Chairman of Military Technological College, and Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman.
