Under the patronage of Dr. Ali Bin Huwaishal Al Shuaili, Deputy Vice Chancellor for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Sultan Qaboos University honored 520 of its students for their academic excellence. In his speech during the honoring ceremony, Dr. Hamoud Khalfan Al Hadrami, Dean of Student Affairs congratulated the students on their efforts and advised them to keep up the good work and overcome any obstacles during their academic pursuits and to learn from these obstacles. On the occasion, H.E. José Antonio Bordallo Huidobro, Ambassador of Spain to the Sultanate of Oman opened the accompanying exhibition of the 21st student trip of SQU students to the Kingdom of Spain, which included a number of photographs taken by the students during the visits to different cities of the Kingdom of Spain. The ceremony included a short video of the trip, a presentation of data on outstanding students in various colleges, and then the patron of the ceremony honored the outstanding students from different Colleges of Sultan Qaboos University.
