A delegation from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, Dammam, Saudi Arabia, consisting of Eng. Abdulaziz bin Abdulhadi Al Mansouri, Director General of Projects and Services and Dr. Abdullah bin Saeed Al Mareh, Director General of the Center for Continuing Education visited Sultan Qaboos University on 28 October 2018. The delegation was received by Prof. Amer bin Ali Al Rawas, SQU Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs & Community Service, Dr. Zahran bin Salem Al Salti, Director of the Center for Community Service and Continuing Education, Dr. Maha Mubarak Al Khaduri, Assistant Dean for Training & Community Service at the College of Medicine & Health Sciences.

The two sides’ discussed about cooperation between the two universities with regard to community service and related areas. Dr. Zahran Al-Salti elaborated on the acitivtites of the Centre for Community Service and Continuing Educaiton at SQU and which acts as a link between the University’s faculties and units and the community. The visit also included a tour to the Center for Community Service and Continuing Education and the University Cultural Center.
